In-home private chef services are offered in Breckenridge, Vail, Telluride, Salida, Kremmling, Pagosa Springs, Steamboat, throughout Colorado’s mountain towns, and the Front Range. Services are well suited for ski vacations and extended mountain stays, with menus designed to fuel families and guests through active days on the slopes. Meals typically emphasize seasonality and comforting elevated dinners, festive yet refined apres-ski snacks and nourishing, well-rounded breakfasts are the norm.
Washington State
Private Chef services are available throughout Washington State, with a strong presence in Whatcom County, Bellingham, and surrounding mountain and coastal communities. Menus are ingredient-driven and reflective of the region’s abundance, featuring produce from local farms such as Joe’s Garden and Rabbit Fields Farm, along with seafood sourced from local fishermen including Nerka Seafood and Lummi Island Wild. Whether a meal is needed at a vacation rental in Glacier, a lakeside home on Lake Samish or a private residence in the Edgemoor Neighborhood, Chef Dave can create a beautiful meal in your kitchen.
Door County, Wisconsin
Private Chef services are offered throughout Northern Door County during the warmer months, typically cooking at summer residences and multigenerational family gatherings on the weekends. Menus highlight the region’s seasonality, incorporating ingredients from regional farmers like Mighty Wind Farms, fresh local whitefish from Henriksen’s and beef from Marchant's in Sturgeon Bay. Meals are designed cooperatively for the client and are aimed at complimenting lakeside living.

Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Dave brings over 30 years of experience cooking across the United States as an Executive Chef, Restaurateur, Chef Consultant, Private Chef, and Caterer. His career spans private residences, vacation homes, and professional kitchens nationwide with a sustained focus on quality ingredients, seasonality, and long-standing relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and fishmongers.
Known for his "down-to-earth approach" and strong work ethic, Chef Dave integrates seamlessly into any home kitchen or outdoor cooking environment. He is organized, discreet, and efficient, working cleanly and collaboratively while maintaining high standards of execution. His energy and creative drive reflect a Chef that is active and hands-on.
Services include collaborative menu planning, provisioning, full meal execution, and clean-up. While his cooking frequently reflects elevated American cuisine, Italian-American classics, Pacific Northwest influences, Mediterranean flavors, and outdoor live-fire cooking, Chef Dave is well-versed across a wide range of cuisines and techniques, allowing menus to be adapted thoughtfully to each client, location, and occasion.
